Career Development Coaching Services
As a career coach, I support my clients with a wide variety of career challenges from those stepping into people management for the first time to those struggling to get promoted or achieve their career goals.
I customize my coaching process to my client goals but the typical cadence is bi-weekly meetings across 3 or 6 months.
We typically follow the process below during our coaching engagement:

Schedule Discovery Call
During our complimentary 60 minute discovery call, we will discuss your career goals, challenges and discuss what working together would look like.

Coaching Kick-Off call- 60-90 minutes
During our first call, we will co-create goals and outcomes for our coaching engagement that will be the guidepost for our sessions. These goals are designed by you and are tailored to the specific career goals and outcomes that you have.

Bi-Weekly Coaching Sessions
We will typically meet bi-weekly for 60 minute coaching sessions to check-in on your progress and also continue to progress on your career goals.
Pricing : 3 month-6 month coaching package range from $1,000-$2 ,100. I do offer installments and discounts for payments made up-front
